Erawan Commerce: a shop of your own, in the style you choose

Erawan Commerce

Your own online shop — looking the way you chose

Selling on a marketplace means a commission on every order and a shop that looks like every other. With Erawan Commerce you press one button and get a storefront at your own address, in one of eight styles you pick before it opens, and a back office for products, stock, offers and orders. PromptPay goes straight into the shop's own account.

Rather not set it up yourself? Erawan sets up Erawan Commerce for free on Hobby and above.

What the shop comes with

Press the button once and Erawan sets up what an online shop needs. No hosting to rent, nothing to install on your computer.

  • A storefront at an address of its own, on https as soon as the shop is up. Connect the shop's own domain later if you like.
  • Eight styles. Pick one before the shop opens, then change the style, colour and fonts any time in the back office.
  • The ways Thai customers pay. PromptPay straight into the shop's account, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Customers attach their slip on the order page.
  • A back office at commerce.erawan.cloud for products, stock, offers, discount codes, delivery and orders, signed in with the same Erawan account.
  • Sample products for the kind of shop you run, so the storefront looks full from the first minute. They come out again in one press.

1. Name the shop, pick a style, and deploy

Press this link to create your online shop. If you have no Erawan account yet, you are taken to sign up first. The page asks for only a few things.

  • Web address: lowercase English letters, which become the shop's address, such as https://yourshop.erawan.app.
  • Shop name: what customers read on the storefront, in Thai if you like.
  • What the shop sells: picks sample products that match, and a style that suits that kind of shop to start with.
  • Storefront style: scroll through all eight under the preview; press one and the preview changes. Every style shows the same products, so they compare easily.

Pick a style from the row under the preview, then press Deploy Online shop on the right

2. A few minutes later, the shop is open

Erawan creates the shop, adds the sample products and opens the storefront at the address you chose. When it is done, the app's page in the console links to both the storefront and the back office.

3. Set how you take money before you sell

A new shop takes no payment yet, because the PromptPay account has to be the shop's own. Open the back office at commerce.erawan.cloud, go to Settings › Payment methods and press Add payment method.

  • PromptPay: the mobile number or ID number your PromptPay is linked to. The checkout makes a QR for each order's amount.
  • Bank transfer: the bank, account number and account name.
  • Cash on delivery, with a fee if you want one.

When a customer pays and attaches their slip, the order shows in the back office with the slip, and you confirm it there.

4. Change how the shop looks on the theme page

Go to Storefront › Theme to pick another style at any time, and change the main colour, fonts, corners and the shape of product pictures. On the right is a preview of the real storefront that customers do not see yet; the buttons above it show it on a phone. Press Save when you are happy and the storefront changes at once.

5. Arrange the home page

The home page is a list of sections, top to bottom. At Storefront › Home page you turn each on or off, move it up or down, and press the gear to set it up, such as how many bestsellers to show or the pictures on the slides. A section with nothing in it stays off the storefront by itself: promotions show only while an offer is running in Discounts.

The home page editor in the back office: slides, promotions, categories, bestsellers, new arrivals and the shop's story, each with a switch, and the preview on the right

Press Add section for more, such as wholesale prices, a lookbook or a LINE chat band

6. Add your products and remove the samples

Add the shop's products at Catalogue › Products with pictures, prices, colour or size options and stock. When they are in, press Remove sample data on the same page: every sample product goes, and everything you added stays.

Good to know before you sell

  • Check new orders in the back office. New orders do not notify your phone yet, so keep the orders page open and look in from time to time.
  • Look at the slip before you confirm. Match the amount and time on the slip with the money in your banking app.
  • Add the tracking number when you ship. The customer follows the parcel from their own order page.

Want more than the settings give, such as a home-page section that is not on the list? The AI in the Lab can write it for you: press the Want more card at the end of the theme page.
