n8n
Work that runs itself — without writing code
Copying orders into a sheet, answering the same question in chat, sending the same message every morning: n8n joins the steps together so they happen by themselves. Running your own usually means renting a server and setting up a database. On Erawan you press one button, and a few minutes later n8n is waiting at its own address for you to set up the owner.
Rather not set it up yourself? Erawan sets up n8n for free on Hobby and above.
What n8n is for
A lot of a shop's day is the same few steps done by hand: an order comes in, it is copied into a sheet, somebody on the team is told, and the customer gets the same reply as yesterday's. n8n is a tool you can run for yourself for free. It joins those steps into a workflow (something happens, then this, then that) and runs it for you every time.
Each step is a box you pick from a list: a form, a LINE message, a Google Sheet, an email, a schedule. You connect the boxes on the screen, with no code to write unless you want to.
What Erawan sets up for you
n8n needs a server that is always on and reachable from the internet, because services like LINE and Google have to be able to send it data. On Erawan those come with the app.
- A database of the app's own, for your workflows and their run history.
- The key that locks the passwords you save in n8n, made when the app is created and kept safe.
- The app's own https address, which the webhook and form links n8n hands out use from the start.
1. Create n8n
Press this link to create your n8n. If you have no Erawan account yet, you are taken to sign up first.
There is nothing to fill in. Erawan creates the database and the key and starts the app for you. The first start takes a few minutes.
2. Become its owner
Press Open site. The first person to open the address sets up the owner, so do it now. n8n asks for your Email, First Name, Last Name and a Password of 8 characters or more, with at least one number and one capital letter. Then press Next.

The owner's account is yours alone
n8n then offers its AI Assistant. For now press Set up later in Settings. Everything in this lesson works without it.

Press Set up later in Settings
From here on it is n8n
You are on n8n's home screen, signed in as its owner. Building workflows is n8n's part, and n8n's own quickstart walks you through the first one.
One thing Erawan has already done for you: every address n8n hands out, whether a webhook for LINE or a payment provider, a form's link, or the address Google sends you back to after you connect a Sheet, is your app's own https address, ready to paste wherever a service asks for it.
What it costs, and what is yours
n8n fits the Hobby plan, ฿99 a month during the launch, a flat price, and your first app is free for 30 days from its first deploy. See every plan
Your workflows and their run history are in the app's own database. The key that locks your saved passwords is kept with the app and never changes, so a redeploy loses nothing. The software is n8n's own, unmodified. The day you want to move, n8n exports your workflows as files you can import into any other n8n.
Your own domain
Add a domain on the app's Domain name tab, on Hobby and above. Setting up DNS is in Use your own domain. Even with a domain, n8n keeps giving out its .erawan.app addresses for webhooks and forms, so the ones you have already handed to LINE or a customer keep working.
